About The Role:
Senior Strategist/Strategy Director
M&C London is growing, and we’d like you to be a part of this growth. We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Strategist or recently promoted Strategy Director.
You’ll be a real ‘creative strategist’ with preferred experience within the retail/FMCG space.
You won’t necessarily be from a traditional strategist background as we’re are looking for ability across the communications ecosystem. However, we’d love to see evidence of exciting strategies that have delivered impact in the real world and evidence of working with creatives to get to creative solutions.
We are looking for someone who is one to watch for the future, they will be a pivotal person at the agency as we move forward. You’ll be someone who will stand by our opinions and really help push thinking and creativity to the next level.
- An independent mind that hasn’t been conditioned and permanently shaped by their first agency experience.
- A lateral creative but rigorous thinker that doesn’t let numbers or pragmatism hold them back.
- An empathy lighthouse with keen insight and an ability to express it.
- Someone with high creative ambition, that knows what great looks like (and is up for eradicating good from M&C).
- A change maker who can deliver pitch winning strategies and client changing ideas.
