We are currently looking for an Analysis Manager to join one of the groups specialist divisions. This role sits within M&C Saatchi World Services of M&C Saatchi Group. World Services is a specialist division of M&C Saatchi Group. Partnering with governments, civil society, foundations, academia, and the private sector, we work on the critical issues of our time, including national security, social justice and conflict prevention.

We provide a fully integrated, end to end service, combining multi-discipline communications teams with subject matter experts, across the world. Job Responsibilities:

• Providing expertise in the politics, media, and information environments of the Middle East, acting as an in-house source on that region’s politics, culture and information space.
• Engaging with media monitoring and social listening tools to inform reporting.
• Leading and managing a team of analysts.
• Lead the preparation of timely, relevant analyses, briefings and strategic recommendations verbally and in writing for many levels of and the agency.
• Have a deep understanding of regional strategy and project objectives, informing and guiding them.
• Work closely with Strategists and Account Directors leading projects within the Middle East portfolio, and equivalent level colleagues in Monitoring, Research and Geopolitical Analysis.

About You:

• Advanced proficiency in Arabic.
• 3+ years monitoring experience – advanced use of monitoring, social listening, and OSINT tools, with the ability to define and continually optimize the tools and methodologies used across the Middle East region.
• 3+ years analysis experience – a deep understanding of the politics and culture of the Middle East, enabling the Analysis Manager to shape the projects within their portfolio, guide regional strategy in the Middle East, and mentor a team of Middle East-focused analysts.
• Excellent written abilities – able to produce written reports that can go directly to clients/SLT, and to manage and QA the delivery of reporting from other analysts within their team.
• 1+ years people management – able to manage capacity, billing, and HR processes for the people in their team; understand the interests and ambitions of their staff and help them to develop.
