The Opportunity

We are seeking a Strategy Director to build strong client relationships, helping them navigate business challenges and uncover opportunities across brand strategy, integrated communications, customer experience, and employee experience.

This role balances day-to-day strategic leadership with shaping the long-term vision for your accounts. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams to drive growth and identify new opportunities for the group.

A Snapshot Of What You'll Do

• Raise and maintain high standards for strategic thinking and data-driven solutions, ensuring seamless integration across the agency.
  
• Be the go-to advisor for creative and account teams, embedding new methods to enhance customer value.
  
• Stay ahead of cultural, behavioural, and technological shifts to develop cutting-edge strategic approaches.
  
• Build relationships at senior and operational levels, helping clients solve business challenges and identify growth opportunities.
  
• Foster a Collaborative Culture by strengthen teamwork across Creative, Account Services, and the broader M&C Saatchi Group, promoting inclusivity and knowledge sharing.
  
• Guide team members in strategic thinking and contribute to internal learning and development initiatives.
  
• Identify and convert opportunities within existing accounts, support pitches, and drive new business efforts.

Your Ideal Experience

• 7+ years experience in creative agency and/or client environments, working in strategic roles such as strategy director, strategy lead or senior strategist
  
• Experience in multi-channel customer engagement programs and multi-discipline projects
  
• BA degree or equivalent professional qualification (preferred)
