The Opportunity
The Senior Strategist leads the day-to-day strategy work with oversight from the lead strategist and Client Partners on their client accounts. They’ll autonomously develop brilliant strategic solutions for clients, either in a support or lead role. Creating brand and integrated communications strategies that help your clients overcome their business problems and harness the opportunities presented.
A Snapshot Of What You'll Do
- Deliver brilliant strategies across clients/projects under the guidance of a Strategy director
- Play an active role in helping to shape brilliant strategic solutions through inspiration, integration of new and innovative thinking and an ability to bring out the best in creative teams
- Act as the point person for our research and trend tools, building relationships with partners and helping to keep the team abreast of latest features
- Become an indispensable partner to your day-to-day clients and your account management and creative teams internally
- Identify opportunities for growth on your accounts and support on proactive initiatives where relevant
- Foster collaborative relationships with other departments within the agency
- Share your strategic skills, insights and thought-leadership with the wider agency, as part of internal learning and development and in an informal nature on your accounts
- Mentor and coach junior team members working on your projects; lead without authority

Your Ideal Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in integrated advertising strategy, ideally with supermarket/retail experience
- Have a demonstrable track record in developing and executing multi-channel customer engagement programs
- Involvement in multidisciplinary projects, including business & CX strategy, media and connections, analytics, cultural trends, research and insights, digital and social strategies.
- Authored articles, thought leadership and/or tools
