Executive Assistant to CCO
M+C Saatchi is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. As the Executive Assistant to the CCO, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations and effective time management. You will serve as a key liaison between the CCO, internal teams, and external stakeholders, managing schedules, communications, and special projects. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and a passion for the creative industry.
What You'll Do:
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the CCO’s calendar, ensuring alignment with priorities, deadlines, and key meetings.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
- Communication Management: Serve as a gatekeeper for emails and phone calls, prioritizing correspondence and drafting responses when necessary.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Project Support: Assist with creative projects, presentations, and internal initiatives by coordinating tasks and managing timelines.
- Event Coordination: Organize team offsites, industry events, and client engagements in collaboration with internal departments.
- Expense & Budget Tracking: Manage and process expense reports, invoices, and budgets related to the CCO’s office.
- Awards Coordination: assist with managing coordination of awards entries and submissions from across the organization
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Creative Team Liaison: Act as a bridge between the CCO and the creative teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow.

What You'll Bring:
- 1+ years of executive support experience, preferably in a creative, advertising, or media environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
