Junior Event Producer
JUNIOR EVENT PRODUCER
We have an exciting opening for a Junior Event Producer to join our LIVE team here at M+C Saatch Sport + Entertainment. If you have some event production experience, strong project management expertise and boundless enthusiasm for carving a career in live event production, then this is the role for you!
Location: Based in our central London office - hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Please note that as you'll be on site across most of our events, you'll need to be open to staying late and working weekends alongside the LIVE team.
About the Role
As a Junior Event Producer, you are extremely organised and efficient, taking on a key supporting production role in the delivery of world class events for a range of clients.
Activations are varied depending on a client’s need and include, for example, staging events or stunts to support a launch, creating compelling pieces of content to secure media coverage, or working with talent to drive fame for a sponsorship property. We deliver campaigns globally, regionally and within individual markets.
You are the key support on the project, responsible for assisting the Event Producers, Senior Event Producer and Live Director throughout daily tasks. You have a proactive and diligent approach.
You will report directly into the LIVE team.

Administrative Work:
- Take ownership of essential administrative tasks and deliver them to a high standard
- Take initiative with managing the day-to-day team and project administration; e.g. status management, workback schedules, supplier black books, meeting preparation etc.
- Responsibility for project finance admin; e.g. process approvals and payment runs whist saving down key documents to project folder
- Budget management support; efficient and accurate budget management of areas responsible for. Ensure all costs are communicated to senior team members with ownership of budget
- Development of project wrap documents; evaluation of event with key stats, imagery and learnings
- Strong knowledge of using Microsoft software from Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Design:
- Some knowledge of Studio15 expertise and services; consider how they can add value to ongoing and future projects
- Ability to support briefing in project requirements to Studio15 and manage approval process with client. Use senior support where necessary
Creativity and Industry Insight:
- Proactive with industry news and competitor activity; share any great work with teams for inspiration. Consider competitor work for current projects and clients
- Contribution to agency creative thinking; volunteer for brainstorms and proactive thinking for project planning
- Keep your team updated with any brand activity, creative executions, industry news and related topics
- Proactive supplier research and comms; look to maximize the creativity and quality of the partners we work with across events
Marketing and PR:
- Accountability for your role within the team structure and understanding what your responsibilities to the client are
- Case study development upon project close
Social and Digital:
- Demonstrate an understanding of social media and its key role within events experiences and amplification
- Consider LIVE activity for agency social channel; e.g. creative supplier meetings, on site build progress and live activity etc. Work with account teams closely on project social schedules
Project Planning & Execution:
- Support your Event Producers, Senior Event Producers and Live Director by undertaking assigned project tasks and responsibilities. You will be able to work across multiple projects at one given time
- Project management; ensure projects are progressing in line with assigned workback schedules from agency and client side
- Approach project tasks with ‘make it happen’ attitude and explore all possible routes to deliver requests from your team and clients
- Effective supplier management skills; clear detailed briefings and management to deliver proposals and production on time
- Excellent task and time management, responsible for delivering to team and or clients on time
- Excellent at problem solving and working under pressure both during planning and live phases
- Work closely with account teams assigned to projects. Be aware of activity outside of event e.g. PR activity, content capture etc. and ensure plans are integrated
- Event bible development and schedule management of projects; manage all teams and suppliers accordingly
Client Management:
- Go above and beyond to demonstrate your commitment to your projects and clients. Always show an efficient ‘will do’ manner
- Show genuine interest in your clients’ business and project briefs
- Respond promptly to client requests - keep the client informed if there is going to be a delay
- Be confident to pick up the phone – especially when project is at peak execution phase and require a prompt answer
- Use initiative in solving client problems and bring multiple solutions / options where possible
- You will at times be the point of contact liaising with clients directly and attend face to face status meeting as part of the team as well as being on site with clients
