IT Support Analyst
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join one of the M+C Saatchi Group's specialist divisions: M+C SAATCHI WORLD SERVICES.

This full-time, permanent role is based out of our London office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be working in an ITIL aligned environment providing a range of support to desktops, laptops, mobiles, tables and printers and a range of hardware and software applications. This role is an opportunity for you to grow and develop your experience in 1st and 2nd line support within a large environment across both Mac and Windows technologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Office 365 and Google Suite accounts
- Manage data security within the wider business to make sure the company’s data is securely backed up and stored
- Investigate new and already existing systems to ensure that the business can grow at an increased pace in due time.
- Provide BAU Support which includes laptop builds, printers and mobile phone support
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
- To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues
- Securing networks and advising users on best practices
- Oversee phone systems, Meeting room equipment and all other hardware across the business.
- Office 365 email, Teams, Slack and Okta Administration
- To look after the asset register and update it on a daily basis
- Manage end-to-end IT set-up for JML
- End user training and education, keep all documentation at a high level and update as needed
- Remote and global support if needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve local network and connectivity issues.
- Enforce and adhere to IT security policies and procedures at the local office level.
- Report any security concerns or incidents promptly to the central IT security team.
ABOUT YOU
What you bring (experience, qualifications, skills):
- Microsoft Windows versions 10
- Apple IOS installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Active Directory user and group administration
- Audio Visual and video conference technologies and hardware
- Anti-virus installation and centralised deployment/management tools (e.g. Sophos)
- Remote/Secure access & VPN solutions (particularly FortiClient)
- WAN/LAN Technologies
- Service Desk call logging software (Fresh Service)
- Wi-Fi Technologies (specifically Meraki)
- Desktop Imaging (Windows & Mac)
- Email management/security (particularly Mimecast)
- Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Mobile Telephony (IOS and Android)
- MDM - Intune
- Secure file sharing system (particularly Egnyte)
- Occasional overtime may be available to meet the demands of the business.
- Willing to work weekends and out of hours/unsociable hours on occasion.
Additional Essentials:
- Strong logical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot any kind of problem and apply context to assess priority.
- Experience of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Strong interpersonal skills wit the ability to deal with the business at all levels.
- A strong and comprehensive understanding of PC/Mac hardware set-up and configuration, networking principles and specialist tools as used in the agency.
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft/Mac operating systems and productivity tools (word processors, browsers etc).
- Previous Helpdesk experience ideal but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to retain instruction, and push forward.
- Experience of using call logging software.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Desire to progress, high motivation and good team working essential.
