The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for an Account Executive or Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you’ll be working on some of Australia’s largest and most well-known brands, managing integrated advertising projects from brief through to delivery. You’ll partner closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to help bring big ideas to life and ensure seamless execution every step of the way.

A Snapshot Of What You'll Do

• Gains a deep understanding of their Client’s business at an operational level and develops a strong, trusted and respectful relationship with the Client’(s) external agency partners
• Supports their immediate Manager & broader Account Management team on the delivery of fully integrated campaigns leveraging all disciplines including advertising, CRM and digital communications
• Proactively manages briefs, timelines, WIPs, job numbers and estimates
• Contributes to strategic briefing, development, discussions and to the writing of well-thought through creative briefs
• Coordinates measurement, monitoring and tracking for post-campaign analysis
• Builds and nurtures great working relationships with the wider agency team by actively listening and seeking guidance

Your Ideal Experience

• At least 1 year of experience working in an Account Executive or Account Manager role within a Creative or Comms Agency environment
• Proven experience managing campaigns and comms projects
• Knowledge of Advertising: TV, radio, print production, Digital including Social Media 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – a confident, credible presenter
• Passionate about great ideas, underpinned by commitment to delivery
