The Opportunity
The Client Partner is one of the most senior leaders on client business, responsible for driving the strategic, creative, and commercial success of their client portfolio. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior c-suite level stakeholders, they shape bold strategies, challenge convention, and deliver transformative creative solutions that elevate both brand and business performance. This role combines visionary leadership with commercial acumen, overseeing financial growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
The Client Partner will lead a high-performing, cross-functional team, inspiring collaboration and innovation across every touchpoint. They are equally passionate about nurturing talent, building trusted client relationships, and identifying new growth opportunities, ensuring the agency consistently delivers outstanding work that drives measurable impact.
A Snapshot Of What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire clients strategically, managing key stakeholders across their business, the agency, and partners.
- Take ultimate accountability for the delivery of all client work, ensuring it meets the highest standards of strategic and creative excellence while aligning with agreed timelines, budgets, and profit targets.
- Drive the team's commitment to delivering work that not only meets client expectations but also exceeds them through innovative thinking and flawless execution.
- Deliver innovative, channel-neutral solutions that align with client objectives and drive transformation, consumer engagement, and business outcomes.
- Drive organic revenue growth and oversee all agency deliverables, ensuring quality from brief to activation.
- Create a high-performance culture through agile and frequent feedback, addressing issues proactively and coaching team members.
- Act as the lead relationship manager and key escalation point for senior clients, proactively identifying opportunities and challenges to strengthen the partnership.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients at all levels, from CMO to senior stakeholders, positioning the agency as a valued strategic partner.
- Gain a deep operational and strategic understanding of client businesses, consistently adding value through forward-thinking insights, actionable recommendations, and innovative solutions.
- Play a critical role in driving new business growth by identifying prospective clients, shaping compelling proposals, leading pitches, and securing new opportunities that align with agency strengths and growth priorities.
- Create and execute strategic growth plans to broaden the service offering and if applicable, exceed revenue targets

Your Ideal Experience
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary and diverse team environments, managing teams of 5 or more people
- Some client-side experience would be ideal, complemented by agency experience.
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and projects
- In-depth knowledge of full customer ecosystems
- Experience working with complex matrix organisations.
- Experience running a successful P&L.
