Account Executive
Role Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Account Executive to join the team working on our newly won Investment Association account — a flagship piece of business focused on driving awareness and engagement within the UK financial sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their career to gain hands-on experience delivering integrated campaigns spanning brand, digital, and social. You’ll support the Client Partner and wider team in ensuring projects run smoothly — helping to turn great ideas into exceptional work.
What you'll do:
* Provide day-to-day administrative and project support across all campaign activity, helping to keep the team organised and on track.
* Manage meeting organisation and documentation — preparing agendas, taking clear notes, and ensuring actions are followed up.
* Assist with campaign delivery, supporting timelines, budgets, and production processes from brief to launch.
* Coordinate communication across multiple stakeholders, including clients, agency partners, and internal teams.
* Support creative development, helping prepare briefs, presentations, and research to inform strategy and creative work.
* Track campaign performance and feedback, helping compile reports and insights for internal and client reviews.
* Champion process and detail, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards and deadlines are consistently met.
* Be an active contributor to the team culture, bringing energy, curiosity, and a can-do attitude to everything you do.
Profile Requirements
* A genuine passion for marketing, communications, and creative work — ideally with some awareness or interest in financial services.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and an eye for accuracy.
* Confident communicator — both written and verbal — who enjoys collaborating with people at all levels.
* Proactive and eager to learn, taking initiative and asking the right questions.
* Competent in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.) is a plus.
* Previous internship or experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative role is helpful, but not essential — what matters most is attitude, curiosity, and drive.
