People Operations Advisor
Our brand is our people living our values. Our values are our yardstick. Of who we are and how we show up.
For each other.
For our clients.
For the work.
As one, uncommonly, helping each other out, walking in other worlds and running towards a problem. No matter which city we're based in, we're all in.
The Opportunity
M+C Saatchi Group is seeking a proactive, people-focused People Operations Advisor to support People Operations across Australia and New Zealand. This hands-on role ensures people processes run smoothly, remain compliant, and deliver a positive experience for employees and leaders.
Part of a global People Operations team, this opportunity suits someone who is very process driven, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment. You may come from a generalist People & Culture background and be looking to pivot into a dedicated People Operations role.
A snapshot of what you'll do
Supporting employee journeys: Support the running of an effective, consistent and people first employee lifecycle. Within the lifecycle you will spot common themes or challenges and suggest ways to improve knowledge or ways of working for our people team and employees. You are the go-to person!
Operational Support & Projects: Partner with the Global People Operations team to review, enhance, and implement processes, policies, and systems across AUNZ. Support the rollout and ongoing development of global people initiatives designed to simplify and improve the employee and manager experience.
Compliance & Governance: Support the People team and managers with compliance activities including Right to Work checks, visa sponsorship, and mandatory training. Work closely with immigration partners to manage sponsorships efficiently and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.
People Data & Systems: Produce accurate, timely people data and reporting to support informed decision-making. Act as a Workday champion across ANZ, supporting adoption, troubleshooting queries, and assisting with the rollout of new functionality.
Plus much more!
