Account Executive
We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join one of the group’s specialist divisions. World Services partners with governments, civil society, foundations, academia, and the private sector, we work on the critical issues of our time, including national security, social justice and conflict prevention.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Executive, you will support the day-to-day management of client accounts and the delivery of high-quality, strategically led work. You will help bring ideas to life, ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, and support the reporting of outcomes and impact.
This is a full-time role, based in London on a hybrid working basis, with a minimum of 2-3 days in the office a week.
What you'll do:
Support high‑quality, on‑time project delivery.
Collaborate with strategy, creative and production teams.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and small projects.
Produce clear, accurate reporting on outcomes and impact.
Understand the strategic thinking behind the work.
Learn agency processes end-to-end, including print, digital and film production.
Understand core finance processes (POs, invoices, estimates).
Support strategists by gathering insights, vox pops and research stimulus.
Share inspiration from industry trends, campaigns and innovations.
Develop client and category knowledge; conduct regular competitor reviews.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be curious, proactive and never short of a point of view. They'll be someone who wants to understand how an agency really works. They'll care about impact. Staying on top of industry trends, learning our client’s world quickly and sharing what you discover.
What you bring (knowledge, expertise, experience, and skills):
Expertise in a similar working environment commensurate with your job title.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Interest in geopolitics, global affairs and how events shape culture, audiences and communications.
Practical understanding of commercial operations.
Excellent oral and written communications skills (English).
Proficient in all components of Microsoft Office (Outlook, word-processing, PowerPoint and Spreadsheets).

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality output.
Excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and to understand client requirements.
Sense of responsibility towards the organisation’s reputation.
Ability to work independently.
