Account Manager
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and creatively driven Account Manager to join our team. You’ll work across a mix of commercial, government and not‑for‑profit clients, helping deliver impactful, social‑first campaigns.
You’re the person who keeps projects moving detail‑focused, proactive, and passionate about how creativity can solve business and societal challenges.
What you'll do:
Manage projects end‑to‑end: briefing, creative development, production and delivery
Deliver campaigns in line with paid media plans
Keep account management fundamentals sharp (status reports, contact reports, finances, POs)
Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams and external partners
Handle multiple projects with strong organisation and time management
Anticipate challenges and solve problems calmly and positively
Support campaign development and production alongside an Account Director
Use critical thinking to navigate client feedback and protect creative quality
What you'll bring:
Demonstrated experience in creative communications agencies as an Account Executive, and is looking to make the step up to Account Manager
Experience managing the end-to-end process from briefing to creative development to production
Experience delivering campaigns against a paid media plan
Experienced in ensuring key account management tasks completed to high quality on time – status reports, contact reports, financial tasks (raising POs etc)
Excellent at building relationships with strong verbal, visual and written communication skills
Resourceful problem solver
