What you'll do:
Develop creative ideas from brief through to execution
Turn cultural insight into work across sport, entertainment and lifestyle
Build and present creative responses to briefs
Collaborate with strategy, design and production
Help guide and support junior creatives
What you'll bring:
A strong portfolio of ideas and execution
Experience owning ideas and leading creative development from brief to execution
An educated eye for design and art direction and what good work looks like
The ability to sell and communicate your ideas with belief
A deep rooted passion for creativity and making
Ability to work on projects independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team
A sharp instinct for what’s happening in culture
