We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Client Director with a strong background in brand to join our team. In this senior client-facing role, you’ll report into the regional Consulting Director, helping to build, nurture, and grow long-term partnerships with our key clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business challenges, anticipating needs, and connecting them with our Consulting offer. This is a hands on and relationship-led role that blends commercial acumen with an understanding of marketing and brand development and client needs.
CLIENT DIRECTOR (6+ YEARS)
As a Client Director, you will play a pivotal role overseeing key client accounts and leading strategic initiatives. You will cultivate senior client relationships, translate objectives into clear strategic direction, and guide integrated delivery with no surprises.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role has responsibility across the agency, setting the standard for quality across strategy, creative, client interaction and delivery. You are a confident working with brands with strong client and category knowledge, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to deliver while also coaching and developing others.
This role is based in our Dubai office (hybrid: 4 days in office, Friday WFH) and is suited to someone with 6+ years experience in brand agencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Partnership & Strategy
Serve as the lead day-to-day partner for key client stakeholders, building trusted relationships.
Understand business objectives, challenges and category context to proactively identify opportunities.
Define the overall strategic task with planning and build a clear story for the client.
Ensure clients are aligned on briefs and workstreams with no surprises.
Leadership & Delivery
Own day-to-day quality control across projects: strategy, creative, client interaction and delivery.
Work collaboratively across the agency to get the most out of all teams for the benefit of the client and the work.
Identify operational issues early and resolve before they become significant.
People & Team
Coach junior team members and set expectations across more junior members of the Client Services team (when hired).
Uncover what happy and successful means for direct reports and support development accordingly.
Identify future team capacity needs and flag where additional support is required.
Commercial / Growth
Support profitable account stewardship through forecasting, scope control and smart resourcing.
Identify and help shape opportunities to expand scopes, supporting proposals and pitch responses when needed.

6+ years experience in account leadership within a brand agency, consultancy, or integrated background. Strong background and expertise in brand. Strong client management skills with confidence influencing senior stakeholders. Commercial instincts and experience managing scopes, timelines and quality. A collaborative leadership style with a high bar for effectiveness and craft. Passion for creating world-class brands.
