Make+ Design Studio is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Integrated Designer to lead the development and execution of visual content across diverse media. This pivotal role involves creating compelling layouts and graphics for advertising campaigns, digital initiatives, and high-impact presentation decks. You will be instrumental in leading exceptional designs that effectively communicate strategic ideas.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of high-quality branding, sophisticated presentations, and other critical client-facing materials, ensuring visual excellence and brand consistency.

• Collaborate closely with agency leaders, creative directors, executive producers, and the new business team to strategically align design solutions with client objectives, goals, and comprehensive brand guidelines.

• Expertly apply and maintain client brand guidelines across all new designs and layouts, ensuring meticulous adherence and visual harmony.

• Oversee the production of final mechanicals for a wide range of advertising assets, including social media, banners, digital, and print, ensuring technical accuracy and readiness for deployment.

• Strategically revise, resize, and refine assets based on in-depth stakeholder feedback, proactively adjusting both design and content to optimize impact and effectiveness.

• Effectively manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, consistently meeting aggressive deadlines while upholding an unwavering commitment to detail and superior quality.

• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously expanding skills in motion graphics, animation, and illustration design to elevate multimedia projects.

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a closely related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in design, preferably in ad agency environments, demonstrating a track record of success.

• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional creativity, versatility, and advanced technical proficiency. 

• A keen eye for intricate detail and proven expertise in meticulously applying complex visual style guides across a broad spectrum of diverse assets.

• Ability to present to clients and clearly articulate on design and reasoning. 

• Mastery of typography, color theory, advanced design methodologies, and overall presentation aesthetics.

• Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Advanced skills in retouching, animation, and other creative platforms are highly valued. 

• Proficiency in motion graphics and animation design. 

• Exceptional professionalism, advanced communication, and superior collaboration skills.

• Proven ability to rigorously review design assets for errors and meticulously ensure all assets are precisely prepared for final output.

Salary is dependent on experience but ranges from: $110,000– $125,000. All candidates must have the ability to work in the US; we are unable to sponsor any work visas for this role.
