Account Executive
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team and support the delivery of high-impact, global communications programmes. The Role As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in delivering social change communications campaigns from concept through to execution. You will support project management, client relationships, and creative development ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
What you'll do:
Project Delivery Support end-to-end delivery of communications campaigns
Own smaller projects with oversight from senior team members Manage timelines, budgets, and production processes with precision Ensure all work is on brief and meets quality expectations
Client & Team Collaboration Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams Support presentations and confidently communicate ideas Contribute to constructive debate to strengthen creative output
Operations & Commercial Management Assist with budgeting, estimates, invoicing, and reconciliations Identify risks, scope changes, and opportunities for efficiency
Strategy & Insight Develop understanding of campaign strategy and audience insights
Stay informed on global affairs and sector trends
Contribute to shaping project briefs and strategic direction
Agency Contribution Collaborate across teams and contribute to agency culture
Support and mentor junior team members Actively participate in internal initiatives and knowledge sharing About You
What you'll bring:
1–3 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Understanding of business operations and project workflows Background Degree or equivalent experience in Politics, International Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Interest in geopolitics and global affairs Additional Requirements
Must be eligible to work in the United States Ability to speak, read or write Arabic or Farsi a bonus

Able to work independently and as part of a team
