Associate Director, Insights & Analytics
As our Associate Director of Insights & Analytics, you’ll sit where insight, creativity, and ambition collide. You’ll uncover the stories hiding in the data, translating them into powerful narratives that ignite bold creative thinking. You’ll lead client relationships with confidence, mentor brilliant minds, and help redefine how data, tools, and technology can push ideas further.
The Role:
This role is a shared role split 50/50 between M+C Saatchi Sports & Entertainment and M+C Saatchi Talk enabling you to work across a portfolio of ambitious brands that demand strong grounding in culture - from emerging trends to mainstream moments — translating data, insight into narratives that evolve brand strategy into powerful, campaignable ideas that live in the real world.
Most importantly, you will have a proven track record of selling insights and data into clients, taking them on a journey to show the real value of the work we do.
What You’ll Do
Insights & Analytics Execution
Lead the end‑to‑end discovery and evaluation process, bringing together quantitative and qualitative data to uncover meaningful insight.
Spot cultural shifts and emerging conversations, identifying untapped white space and shaping them into clear, actionable direction.
Create story‑led presentations that are visually engaging, strategically grounded, and designed to inspire confident decision‑making.
Client Delivery
Serve as the trusted insight partner to clients, building a deep understanding of their business challenges and aligning insight delivery to their strategic goals.
Translate complex data into sharp, human narratives that help clients see opportunities and make informed choices.
Deliver consistent, high‑quality insight and campaign reporting, confidently presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
Innovation
Keep pace with advances in research and analytics, ensuring our approach remains ahead of the curve and best‑in‑class.
Shape and package insight products that respond to real client needs and support the agency’s commercial growth.
Own and evolve the agency’s data ecosystem, exploring and integrating emerging tools and technologies.
Collaboration & Growth
Partner closely with strategy, creative, and account teams to ensure insight meaningfully informs every stage of the work.
Play a key role in new business efforts, showcasing the agency’s end‑to‑end insight and analytics capabilities to prospective clients.
What you'll bring:
Strong experience in insight and analytics roles, with a strong track record of producing professional, client‑ready outputs.
Proven ability to connect the dots across multiple data sources: from search and social listening to paid and earned content, to build cohesive insight.
Highly skilled in data storytelling and visualisation, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
A confident, articulate communicator who builds trusted, long‑term relationships with clients.
Hands‑on experience with a range of social listening and audience tools, such as Quid, Meltwater, SEMrush, YouGov, GWI, and similar platforms.
Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience guiding, mentoring, and motivating account teams.
Naturally curious and solutions‑focused, a genuine passion for helping brands show up meaningfully in culture.
Agency background, with experience working across both local and global brand portfolios.
Additional Desirable Capabilities
Understanding and ability to use PowerBI.
Coding experience
