NetSuite Technical Consultant
We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement customised solutions within our NetSuite ERP environment. You will bridge the gap between business functional requirements and technical execution, ensuring our system is scalable, efficient, and integrated with our other systems such as Workday and more.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
Custom Development: Build and maintain customisations using SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0/2.1), SuiteFlow (Workflows).
System Integration: Design, implement & maintain robust integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms using APIs or middleware.
Technical Design: Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain advanced Saved Searches, Financial Reports, and complex SuiteAnalytics workbooks.
Troubleshooting: Provide technical support, debugging script error, resolving integration bottlenecks and performance improvements.
Performance improvements: Lead system performance improvements including efficient coding improvements required. Legacy scripts improvements including consolidation and simplification required.
Release Management: Manage the deployment of code between Sandbox and Production environments, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime. Use tooks such as Jira, Azure DevOps to manage changes and tasks.
ABOUT YOU
Required Skills & Experience
Proven Experience: 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with NetSuite.
Coding Proficiency: Strong expertise in JavaScript and the NetSuite SuiteCloud platform.
Integration Skills: Deep understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML data formats. Use of Boomi or other middleware. Manage complex direct integrations with custom import setups which require maintaining and improving.
Database Knowledge: Solid grasp of relational databases and SQL.
Certifications: NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer or NetSuite Administrator certifications are highly preferred.
Communication: Work within a team of Finance, Netsuite Functional Consultants and Support team. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
