Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
We’re looking for a highly credible, commercially minded Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring across our US business.
This is a high-impact, senior-facing role partnering directly with business leaders to shape hiring strategy, drive delivery, and improve how we attract and hire talent across M+C Saatchi Group.
You’ll operate with a high degree of ownership - balancing hands-on delivery with stakeholder influence - bringing structure, pace, and clarity to hiring in a fast-moving, creatively led environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Own Hiring Across the US
Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas and disciplines
Drive pace, structure and accountability across all hiring activity
Maintain a focus on high direct hiring rates (85%+) and reduced reliance on agencies
Deliver consistently strong outcomes across both mid-level and senior hires
Partner and Influence Senior Stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers
Bring clarity to hiring priorities and challenge where needed to improve outcomes
Align stakeholders across teams, balancing competing priorities and driving decisions
Elevate hiring practices through coaching, guidance, and clear expectations
Improve How We Hire
Embed consistent, efficient and scalable hiring processes
Raise the bar on candidate experience and hiring manager engagement
Ensure hiring is aligned to both business needs and market realities
Bring structure to environments that need focus and prioritization
Drive Performance Through Data
Track and optimize key hiring metrics (time to fill, direct hiring, pipeline health)
Use data and market insight to guide decision-making and improve delivery
Provide clear visibility of hiring activity and progress to senior stakeholders
Own Agency Strategy and Spend
Manage agency partnerships where required, ensuring strong delivery and alignment
Drive a disciplined approach to agency usage, balancing speed, quality and cost
Actively reduce unnecessary external spend by strengthening direct sourcing
Build Talent Pipelines
Partner with the business to anticipate future hiring needs
Build and maintain proactive, high-quality talent pipelines
Develop targeted attraction strategies across key skill areas
ABOUT YOU
You’re a senior, in-house recruiter who combines strong delivery with real stakeholder influence. You’re comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, managing complexity, and bringing structure where it’s needed.
Your strengths:
Proven experience leading hiring in a creative, agency, marketing or consulting environment
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
A commercial mindset - balancing speed, quality, and cost
Hands-on, delivery-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities at pace
Highly organized, with a structured approach to problem-solving
Data-driven, using insight to guide decisions and improve outcomes
Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing

Salary range is $180,000-$200,000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience. All candidates must have the ability to work in the US; we are unable to sponsor any work visas for this role.
