The Role
Account Executive Intern
Location: Amsterdam
Full-time 37,5 hours, Mon-Fri
This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week minimum in our Amsterdam office and 2 days optionally in Home Office
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication and Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a reliable point of contact to understand their goals and ensure exceptional service. Address inquiries promptly, manage expectations, and craft clear, compelling press releases and key messages.
Media Relations and Campaign Execution
Foster connections with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to secure impactful coverage. Plan and execute PR campaigns, including events, activations, and media engagements, while coordinating interviews and appearances.
Project Coordination and Delivery
Collaborate with teams to develop and execute campaigns that meet client objectives. Manage timelines, monitor deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes for campaigns across sports and entertainment.
Research, Analysis, and Reporting
Conduct market and media research to identify trends and opportunities. Track campaign performance, analyze media coverage, and deliver insightful reports to showcase successes and areas for improvement.
Administrative and Operational Support
Prepare client and campaign documents, including reports and presentations. Organize meetings, maintain clear documentation, and ensure smooth coordination of tasks and follow-ups.
Proactive Contribution and Strategic Thinking
Propose creative ideas and solutions to enhance campaigns and address challenges. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, streamline processes, and align strategies with client needs to drive impactful results.

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field and must be able to provide proof of enrolment from a university and sign an internship agreement.
Basic proficiency in relevant software and tools used in account management and project coordination. (Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs)
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and external partners.
Speaking Dutch is a plus but is not mandatory
English language (professional)
A clear passion for the sport and entertainment industry
Right to work in the EU
Understanding of day-to-day workings of agency life

What we offer
For the right candidate, we will offer a remuneration of €749 (MBO, HBO and WO - This internship allowance is based on a five-day working week, assuming 40 hours of internship (5 days of 8 hours) per week. For an internship of less than 40 hours per week, the internship compensation is calculated in proportion to the number of agreed hours).
