Marketing Manager
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing & Communications team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll play a critical role in turning strategic marketing plans into successful campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys managing multiple integrated marketing campaigns simultaneously. You'll work closely with internal specialists across PR, Digital, Media, Social, Creative, Partnerships and Production, while acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients.
A major focus of the role is leading integrated event and ticketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and ticket sales while achieving commercial KPIs.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Campaign Delivery
Manage the day-to-day delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Translate strategic direction into actionable plans, timelines and deliverables.
Build and manage project workback schedules, trackers and campaign calendars.
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear, timely and professional communication.
Monitor campaign progress, manage approvals and proactively identify risks or delays.
Coordinate internal teams across PR, Media, Digital, Creative, Social, Partnerships and Production to ensure seamless delivery.
Keep the Marketing Director informed of campaign progress, client feedback and key decisions.
Event Marketing & Ticketing
Lead integrated event marketing campaigns from briefing through post-event reporting.
Develop campaign narratives and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Create and manage ticketing marketing plans aligned with sales targets and commercial objectives.
Track ticket sales performance and provide regular reporting, insights and recommendations.
Work closely with Media and Digital teams to optimise paid campaigns for ticket sales.
Partner with PR and influencer teams to maximise awareness and conversion.
Campaign Planning & Coordination
Develop integrated marketing plans across content, PR, social media, digital, partnerships and events.
Build clear delivery processes that connect strategy, creative development, production, launch and reporting.
Ensure all stakeholders understand priorities, deadlines and responsibilities.
Maintain campaign momentum through proactive project management and communication.
Department Operations
Support the Marketing Director in driving efficient department operations.
Maintain project trackers, campaign calendars and reporting documents.
Help establish consistent processes, templates and ways of working.
Support junior team members by providing clarity around tasks, priorities and deadlines.
New Business & Pitch Support
Assist with proposals, credentials, presentations and new business opportunities.
Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams during pitch processes.
Maintain an organised library of case studies, credentials and proposal materials.
Reporting & Performance
Prepare campaign reports, status updates and post-campaign evaluations.
Monitor campaign performance across marketing channels, including ticket sales, media coverage and digital performance.
Identify learnings and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
ABOUT YOU
4-6+ years' experience in marketing, integrated campaign delivery, communications or agency account management.
Fluent Arabic speaker.
Strong experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across different departments.
Strong understanding of PR, digital marketing, social media, content, events and partnerships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (or Google Workspace) skills.
Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
Desirable
Experience in sports, entertainment, culture, events or sponsorship marketing.
UAE/GCC market experience.
Experience supporting pitches, RFPs and business development.
Experience working with creative, production, digital and PR teams.
