This role sits at the heart of Sport & Entertainment. You’ll be our go to person to ensure our office environment is organised and running smoothly and our teams have a great environment in which to work.

Office Manager
About the Role:
You’ll set the tone for colleagues and visitors by helping build an engaging and efficient office vibe. You’ll be the point person for our CEO, Managing Partners, our team and visitors, as well as for Building Services, People team, IT, Travel team and Front of House
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for organisation of the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment, working with building services.
You will be the main point of contact for all office management needs - working closely with building services and IT to ensure M&C Saatchi’s needs are delivered on time and within budget.
You will be responsible for the maintenance of the office, making arrangements via building services on necessary repairs, cleaning etc.
You will deal with suppliers on behalf of the agency, as well as undertaking research and procurement so an inquisitive yet business-minded approach is essential.
You will manage the finance behind estimating and raising PO’s for 3rd parties relating to office needs outside Building Services.
Ensure meeting room AV equipment is in working order at all times.
You’ll work with Building Services to assist with any office moves and re designs.
You will demonstrate that you are commercially savvy and protective of the businesses interests with regards to purchasing activities.

Responsibilities:
You will own and be gate keeper of the CEOs diary and all related activity.
Ensure meeting set up/catering requests are in place for our Senior Leadership Team and clients/visitors.
Stay one step ahead of their requirements – live in their shoes and leverage your emotional intelligence to pre-empt activity that makes their lives easier.
You’ll own the new joiner programme, liaising with our TA Partner, People Partner, IT and the People Team regarding new joiners.
- Ensuring all new joiners have a laptop, phone and security card on their 1st day.
- Ensuring all attend the Group Hello programme.
- You’ll welcome every new joiner both before they join via your Welcome email to the day they start, ensuring their MPs, Line Managers and buddies are in place for their 1st day, so that all new starters have a smooth induction to the S&E team.
You’ll be the outward face of our agency to our clients – always presenting a warm, calm and professional persona.
