Media Manager
Part of M&C Saatchi, this specialist division partners with governments, civil society, academia, and the private sector, to work on the critical issues of our time, including, conflict prevention and sustainable development. Reporting into the Head of Media and Performance, the Media Manager is responsible for delivering and executing successful end-to-end media campaigns in a fast paced environment.
MEDIA PLANNING AND CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Collect and analyse market data and media consumption trends across traditional and digital media and different target audience from multiple regions to develop effective media strategy for our campaigns
- Determine the most effective media mix across traditional and digital media to optimise campaign objectives from mass and niche audiences
- Create, analyse and optimise media campaigns and activities in multiple ad platforms, not limited to Google Campaign Manager, Google DV360 and Meta Ads Manager
- The day-to-day management and optimisation of campaigns across multiple channels and platforms to ensure that campaign is performing at it’s optimum level
- Effective management of external partners and relationships to drive campaign delivery and fulfill campaign requirements
- Ensure that all campaigns are optimised towards campaign goals, maximising ROIs and KPIs for each campaign
- Monitor success of the campaign on a regular basis using various tools
- Work with the wider team to design, setup and conduct A/B test across ad variations and/or campaign landing pages for landing pages
- Keep abreast of industry news, updates, seasonal trends and topics media and new technologies and legal requirements
CAMPAIGN REPORTING AND DATA ANALYSIS
- Understand the importance of data feedback from media dissemination and produce informative performance reports from data driven insights and analysis
- Review data in multiple platforms not limited to Google Campaign Manager, Google DV360 and Meta Ads Manager
- Work with external vendors and suppliers to obtain relevant campaign data in timely manner
- Analyse campaign metrics/data and providing interpretation and suggestions for improving performance
- Work with data team to generate accurate reports, dashboards and recommendations relevant to the campaign performance
- Prepare and present campaign reports to the wider team across the agency and client
ABOUT YOU
- At least 3 years’ experience in a boutique media agency or within a similar role
- Have sound knowledge of the media industry, media planning and buying tools and techniques
- Have substantial, hands-on digital campaign management experience across multiple ad platforms in the Google Marketing Suite and Meta Ad Platforms, including campaign setup and data pulls for performance reporting and optimisation
- Have a strong understanding of how digital media can work with offline media to create an integrated communications model (i.e., PESO model),
- Experience with paid and organic media, especially within the digital media environment
- Experience in dissemination in digital media environment is essential, including but not limited to the Google Search and Display Network, programmatic advertising, and various major social media platforms, such as Meta and TikTok
- Experience in dissemination within an offline environment is ideal, but not necessary
- Have a good understanding of media data and performance metrics, with the ability to obtain insights and recommendations from campaign performance data
- Great communicator, with client servicing and vendor management experience and can manager internal and external communications effectively
- Strong project / campaign management skills, with the ability to communicate and deliver campaign updates and outputs in a timely manner
