What you'll do:

As an Associate Director or Senior Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing high-visibility client engagements, setting project direction, and enhancing the client experience. Key activities include:

• Strategic Clarity: Develop commercially sound implications by understanding client capabilities and growth opportunities.
• Creative Thinking: Generate out-of-the-box solutions and elevate creative concepts.
• Client Management: Own and manage projects, anticipate client needs, and explore new opportunities.
• Storytelling: Craft impactful narratives using diverse insights.
• Offer Development: Lead the creation of tools and frameworks to increase efficiency and address strategic challenges.
• Leadership and Coaching: Mentor junior staff and provide opportunities for growth.

What you'll bring:

This role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an ambitious business where the opportunities are endless. We're looking for someone with a stellar mix of relevant experience and skills. Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following experiences and strengths:

• Demonstrable experience in a brand consultancy, strategic insight agency or marketing role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading brand or business growth challenges, such as: brand positioning, innovation, go-to-market strategy.
• Comfortable with application of different forms of insight from qualitative techniques to more advanced analytics
• Skilled in leading/managing client debriefs and workshops with confidence and energy, virtually and in-person.
• Industry experience in one or more of the following is a plus: retail, consumer packaged goods, consumer healthcare or tech
• Proven project and time management skills
• Ability to think laterally and creatively about problems
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• A natural passion for brands and consumer behaviour
• Thrives on being “all-in” as a team and being part of a collaborative environment
• Strong PowerPoint skills and Microsoft Office experience
