About Bohemia:
Bohemia was founded in 2011 to challenge the definition of media, and the function of a media agency. We do this by harnessing the power of media in all its forms to create profitable customer growth for our clients.

The Opportunity:
As the Performance Director specialising in Search, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, using your media expertise and curiosity to fuel growth. You'll educate, inspire, and challenge both clients and your team, fostering development and crafting distinctive, Bohemian media strategies. This results-oriented role demands a test-and-learn mindset, constant course correction, and a keen eye for uncovering new opportunities to drive success.
A snapshot of what you'll do:
- Launching campaigns across search platforms, optimising based on KPIs, reporting on campaign metrics, and providing actionable recommendations for improving performance on an ongoing basis.
- Accountable for developing tailored performance strategies, executing research, developing keyword and budget recommendations,
- Take the lead on acquisition focused campaigns while supporting the team to deliver exceptional commercial outcomes.
- Challenge the team to innovate through continual testing and experimentation.
- Manage your team to consistently deliver high-quality products at every stage of our handcrafted memorable media approach.
- Establish a strong partnership with your media-oriented counterpart, working closely together to amplify the impact of all marketing activity.
- Work closely with key platform partners to maximise the application and impact of relevant biddable technology.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by solving client challenges and driving growth opportunities.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of your clients business and how Performance Marketing can help achieve their commercial objectives.

- Display leadership qualities that inspire, motivate, and drive an integrated high-performing team to deliver excellence in performance strategy, activation, and optimisation, thereby generating high returns for our clients.
- Excel in building strong relationships and influencing senior clients and stakeholders.
Your ideal experience:
- 6+ years experience in performance marketing with a passion for search marketing.
- Possess a high level of proficiency in performance marketing, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for clients across various channels such as search, social, display, affiliates, and retargeting, working with multiple clients and/or teams.
- Demonstrate extensive expertise in performance marketing technology, including search, demand-side platforms, ad-serving platforms, analytics, and measurement tools.
- Successfully managed and delivered on client contractual scope of work and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experienced using proprietary tools in order to drive the usage and support product teams in promoting new tools and platforms to clients.
