Senior Manager, Performance Marketing - Search & Social

M+C Saatchi Performance is hiring a Senior Manager with 3-4 years of hands-on, in-platform experience managing performance-focused paid social and paid search campaigns. You’ll lead strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads and more—owning full-funnel programs that hit aggressive direct-response goals for some of the world’s most exciting brands.
What You’ll Do
- Own strategy and execution, driving performance for your clients, leading and collaborating with your team, and staying ahead of the industry curve.
- Build, launch and optimize multi-channel paid social and PPC campaigns (web & app) that ladder up to clients’ business objectives.
- Conduct account audits, craft media plans, set budgets and forecasting, and champion testing roadmaps.
- Monitor pacing, bids, audiences, creative and automation tools/scripts; relentlessly test & iterate to exceed KPIs.
- Translate data into clear insights and next step recommendations; present reporting, insights and propose courses of action to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Act as day-to-day client contact, nurturing relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Partner with internal account, creative, and reporting teams to align on strategy and ensure best-practice execution.
- Manage, mentor, manage and develop off-shore and US based junior analysts/managers; delegate workload and foster a test-and-learn culture.
- Keep current on platform updates, privacy changes (e.g., iOS SKAN), emerging channels and industry trends; share learnings with your team and agency-wide.
- Lead conversations with platform representatives to build relationships and collaboration between parties.
What You'll Bring
- 3–4 years managing direct-response, bottom-funnel paid social and paid search campaigns, and at least 2 years driving end-to-end performance campaigns that hit ROAS/CAC goals.
- Agency background is preferred but comparable work within a brand’s performance marketing department is also relevant.
- Proven expertise with Meta Ads and Google platforms, with experience in TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads and/or SA360 as added plusses.
- Experience with app-install or SKAN-based campaigns and MMPs is a plus but not required.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, lookups); comfortable pulling and interpreting large data sets.
- Strong client-facing communication—able to translate technical insights into compelling narratives.
- Proven track record of project management, detail-oriented focus, cross-team collaboration and thriving in a fast-paced, test-and-iterate environment.
- Current platform certifications (Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA etc.) welcome but not required.
