What are we looking for :
We are seeking a highly skilled Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist with 8-10 years of experience in optimising digital experiences to drive conversions. This role requires a strong blend of data-driven strategy, testing expertise, and a deep understanding of user behavior to enhance app & web performance. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and lead the execution of impactful CRO initiatives that deliver measurable business results for our clients.
What you will be responsible for
- Leading CRO strategies for our clients to improve user experience and increase conversions across digital platforms.
- Conducting detailed data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Designing and running A/B and multivariate tests to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product) to align on goals and execute effective CRO plans.
- Presenting data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to clients.
- Managing the CRO testing pipeline, prioritising tests based on impact and clients business objectives.
- Optimising user journeys, funnels, and key touchpoints to create frictionless, high-converting experiences.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously refine and evolve CRO strategies.
What are the requirements of the role?
- 8-10 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or related fields, with a proven track record of driving conversion improvements.
- Proficiency with CRO tools such as Google Analytics, VWO, Optimizely, and Hotjar.
- Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, and experience optimising conversion funnels for better results.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and user-centred design, ensuring frictionless, high-converting user experiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights that inform strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to present data-driven recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising efforts that align with business goals.
