Talent Solutions Delivery Lead
We’re on the hunt for a Talent Solutions Delivery Lead who can make the complex simple, keep the wheels turning, and deliver exceptional work, every time.
As part of the Global People team, the Talent Solutions Delivery Lead will manage projects that spark culture shifts, supercharge engagement, and craft experiences that make people feel included and inspired at work.
From diversity & inclusion campaigns, to talent programmes and engagement survey roll outs, this role covers multiple people specialisms and is the glue between vision and reality.
The Role:
You’ll be the one who keeps creative ambition grounded in timelines and budgets, without ever compromising on impact. Reporting into the Global Head of Talent Solutions you’ll be managing projects across a mix of Learning, Talent Management, Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion programmes, e.g. delivery of a bi-annual engagement survey. You’ll lead delivery across multiple workstreams - partnering with internal and external stakeholders to make important projects happen.
What you'll do:
- Owning delivery of people-focused projects: scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and keeping everything on track from kick-off to wrap-up.
- Working directly with internal clients (think HR Directors, People Partners, IT and Operations) to understand their goals and translate them into sharp, actionable briefs.
- Championing clarity and transparency: creating project plans that everyone can get behind, managing expectations, and flagging risks before they become problems.
- Collaborating across teams: connecting across teams so the right people are in the room, doing the right work, at the right time.
- Running a tight ship when it comes to budgets, timelines, and scope - always with an eye on quality and impact.
- Driving energy and momentum: keeping teams motivated and engaged, especially when the pace gets punchy.
What you'll bring:
- You have a track record of delivering HR Projects in an organisation with moving parts.
- You’re a great problem solver and enjoy managing projects through change, that aren’t always straight forward.
- You can spin a few plates, managing multiple projects at once, staying calm under pressure.
- You’re a brilliant communicator and feel confident giving direction to stakeholders at any level of seniority.
- You’re comfortable navigating senior stakeholders: you know when to push back, when to lean in, and how to keep things moving.
- You’ll have experience using project management tools such as planner, HRIS/LMS tools such as Workday / Workday Learning and Engagement tools such as Glint.
WHAT YOU’LL GET:
For the right candidate, we will offer a competitive salary and benefits package which includes 27 days annual holiday, private healthcare, employer contributory pension, life assurance and income protection. We also offer a host of benefits that support wellbeing including subsided gym membership, whilst our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion sees us offer learning opportunities around D&I, mentoring programmes and the opportunity for all to participate in a number of active Employee Led Networks and associated events. Finally, this role will be supported with all the necessary personal development required to set someone up for success.
