Project Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Manager is an expert in seeing projects successfully delivered from start to finish. You excel in managing project timelines, efficiently deploying resources and establishing effective workflow processes. You are comfortable working independently and figuring things out as you go.
As the Project manager, you will focus on the “how and when” and will work in close partnership with the Account team, who serves as the client advocate and focuses on the “why and what.” You will manage the day-to-day tasks and communications ensuring effective and efficient management of project timelines and budgets, while prioritizing driving projects through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion. Projects can range from one-off tactics to integrated campaigns spanning over 6+ months.
- Create and manage project schedules, clearly defining project dependencies, critical tasks/activities and project deliverables
- Lead project timelines, time allocation across projects, and ensure that each team member has what they need to execute the project.
- Build strong relationships to partner with Account Service, Strategy, Creative,and Production, ensure a deep understanding of each team's skills and team members.
- Stay abreast of relevant day-to-day project communication and report on any issues impacting campaign/project schedules, budgets, or deliverables.
- Keep Account Services team informed of issues or delays that may impact project deliverables; provide timely updates on project schedules or budgets with proactive recommendations on how to advance/improve.
- Proactively manage project risks and issues to ensure minimize impact to the project’s success
- Monitor and report on resource constraints during weekly resource meetings
- Facilitate project retrospectives to capture learnings
- Continually monitor and make recommendations to improve departmental or agency processes
ABOUT YOU
You'll bring with you:
- 5+ years Project Management experience in a creative agency setting is preferred.
- Experience with mid-large integrated campaigns spanning across different creative formats is preferred
- Understanding of agency deliverables and what is needed to complete them
- Experience with project management software, Smartsheets is preferred
- Strong & effective communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial; demonstrated ability to work independently; figure-it-out mentality
- Proven record of success in maintaining strong relationships and working collaboratively and effectively with team members in multiple departments; proven ability to manage ahead and bring others along
- Skilled in developing work breakdown structures, creating timelines, and driving successful execution of projects on-schedule
You're good at:
- Having a proactive, 'fix-it' mentality that doesn't just manage tasks but personally owns the success and quality of the final client deliverable, anticipating and mitigating risks before they become crises.
- Creative Empathy: Show genuine respect for the creative process, understanding that project management is a partnership with the creative team, not an adversarial constraint; balance scope/budget with the need for breakthrough work.
- Executive Presence & Gravitas: Convey the confidence and ability to command a room, navigate complex client politics, and clearly articulate tough decisions (scope changes, delays) to C-suite stakeholders with tact and authority.
- Master of Ambiguity: Express an enthusiasm for problem-solving in rapidly changing environments, showing you can structure an ambiguous brief, create clarity where none exists, and lead teams through the unknown.
- Servant Leadership: Highlight a management style focused on enabling the team (Strategists, Creatives, Developers) to do their best work, removing roadblocks, and fostering a positive, high-accountability team culture.
- Financial Stewardship: Show a strong value for profitability and an acute awareness of the P&L impact of every decision, treating the agency's and the client's budgets as your own.
- Relentless Agility: Demonstrate an adaptable mindset that values iteration over perfection, showing comfort with various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and knowing when to pivot or stick to the plan.

Salary is dependent on experience but ranges from: $90,000– $115,000. All candidates must have the ability to work in the US; we are unable to sponsor any work visas for this role.
