Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in managing and maintaining partner relationships.

• Assist with market research and identification of partnership opportunities.

• Contribute research and ideas for new business pitches and presentations.

• Work with internal teams to support responses to client briefs.

• Help review partner packages and ensure alignment with client requirements.

• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks, including supplier documentation and payment tracking.

• Stay informed on key market and industry developments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience may be considered.

• Good communication skills  (both English & Hindi) and a positive, learning-oriented attitude.

• Interest in digital media, advertising, and partnerships.

• Basic understanding of the digital ecosystem in India is preferred; familiarity with local digital platforms (e.g. short video, entertainment, or news apps) is an advantage.

• Awareness of media and marketing collaborations (such as sponsorships, influencer marketing, DOOH, or branded content) is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
