Account Executive
M+C Saatchi World Services is part of the M+C Saatchi Group, a global creative solutions company headquartered in the UK, with major hubs across Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. Guided by the belief that cutting-edge communications and technologies can change the world, we help our clients solve some of the world’s most complex challenges — operating at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and impact to shape narratives, influence behaviour, and deliver meaningful real-world outcomes.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Account Executive at M+C Saatchi World Services, you’ll support the delivery of world-class strategic communications for clients tackling complex, high-stakes global challenges.
From day one, you’ll be involved in the full campaign lifecycle, contributing ideas, supporting the development of materials, and ensuring everything we produce meets the highest standards. You’ll be expected to have clear opinions and grow quickly within an ambitious, collaborative team.
What you'll do:
Communicate with authority.
Write and speak with clarity and confidence. Engage stakeholders effectively, understand client needs instinctively, and articulate ideas in a way that is sharp, thoughtful and persuasive.
Own the work.
Lead smaller projects from start to finish with the support of your line managers. Shape presentations, contribute meaningfully to creative development, and ensure every output is on brief and delivered to a high standard.
Be a safe pair of hands.
Oversee production with confidence – managing timelines, budgets, estimates and quality control with minimal oversight. Secure approvals, ensure accurate invoicing and reconciliations, and identify smarter, more productive ways of working.
Strengthen relationships.
Build trusted partnerships with clients and colleagues alike. Work hand-in-glove with strategy and creative teams, representing their thinking clearly and ensuring alignment at every stage.
Engage with strategy.
Understand the broader strategic direction of your accounts and play an active role in shaping project briefs. Draw on research, campaign evaluation and sector insight to inform your thinking. Stay curious about geopolitics and global affairs, and bring a considered point of view to the table.
Drive impact.
Run status meetings and smaller PPMs with clarity and control. Write sharp contact reports. Navigate challenging conversations thoughtfully. Manage up and down effectively, ensuring projects run smoothly day to day.
Contribute to the agency.
Support junior colleagues, contribute to cross-agency initiatives, and play an active role in shaping agency culture. Bring energy, generosity and a strong sense of responsibility for the agency’s reputation.
ABOUT YOU
You’re confident, capable and commercially aware, with a strong sense of responsibility for the work you deliver. You’re independent but collaborative, comfortable managing detail while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
You take pride in being a safe pair of hands – someone your team and clients can rely on. You’re curious about geopolitics and global affairs, interested in how communications shape perception, and motivated to grow your strategic voice. You’re proactive, thoughtful and not afraid of healthy debate. You manage up and down with ease, and you care about contributing positively to both your team and the wider agency culture.
You’ll bring:
1–3 years’ experience in a commercial communications role or similar fast-paced environment.
An undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience) in Politics, History, International Relations, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
A practical understanding of business operations and agency dynamics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
