Senior Graphic Designer
We are currently looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join one of M+C Saatchi Group's specialist divisions. World Services partners with governments, civil society, foundations, academia, and the private sector, we work on the critical issues of our time, including national security, social justice and conflict prevention.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, visually driven Senior Designer to join our growing New York team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for craft, composition and storytelling, combined with a strategic mindset. You’ll deliver high-quality creative work at pace, maintaining exceptional craft standards while contributing to the broader creative direction of projects. You will work closely with senior team members in New York and the London-based Design Director to strengthen and scale a high-performing studio. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the New York creative team, helping to shape its future direction and expand its capabilities.
What you'll do:
Lead selected projects and campaigns with minimal oversight, working with the content and creative teams to translate concepts into high-quality, effective deliverables.
Develop client-ready design work and art direction across digital, social and print — including high-volume, fast-turnaround digital assets and report design.
Demonstrate strong judgement — knowing when a brief requires rapid execution versus deeper craft and development.
Translate strategic ideas into clear, simple and impactful design solutions.
Collaborate closely with teams across the business.
Present work confidently to senior internal stakeholders across design and account teams.
Work independently as well as under the guidance of the Design Director.
Guide and support junior and mid-level designers when needed.
Step into leadership, management or art direction responsibilities when required.
What you'll bring:
Proactive, solutions-focused self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. A strong working knowledge of Figma is a bonus.
Passionate about innovation in design and communications, with a proactive approach to exploring and integrating emerging technologies (including AI tools) into creative workflows.
Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and interpreting client requirements.
Meticulous attention to detail.
High levels of maturity and emotional intelligence.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Interest in geopolitics, international affairs and Latin American markets is a plus.
Strong sense of responsibility toward the organisation’s reputation and output.
Why you'll love it here:
Work at the intersection of creativity, innovation and global issues.
Collaborate with ambitious, high-performing teams across New York, London, Sydney and Dubai.
Exposure to cutting-edge tools and evolving creative capabilities.
Mentorship from experienced designers and creative leaders.
A culture that values craft, curiosity and bold thinking.
Clear progression opportunities as your skills grow.
