Art Director - (m/f/d) MILAN
ABOUT THE JOB
In the role of Art Director at M+C Saatchi Milan, you’ll be responsible for developing strong visual identities and translating ideas into the most appropriate media and channels. You’ll work closely with a Copywriter and collaborate with different teams on multiple accounts and projects and showcase the ability to manage all project phases, from ideation to production, liaising with producers and creators in the agency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated 360° communication campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, and social), ensuring alignment with strategic guidelines and creative briefs
Create strong visual concepts and identities, translating ideas effectively across different media and channels
Collaborate closely with a Copywriter and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful creative output
Manage all phases of projects, from concept development to final production, ensuring quality and consistency throughout
Liaise with producers, creators, and external partners to oversee and support production processes
Apply a deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), leveraging trends and best practices
Produce high-quality visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
Contribute on-set during shoots, particularly for digital and social content, ensuring creative vision is executed effectively
ABOUT YOU
At least 4 years of experience, preferably in agencies with strong social or digital expertise
Curiosity for new formats and expressive languages, with an out-of-the-box mindset
Concept-driven Art Director with a strong eye for visual storytelling and craft
You have experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
You’re confident using Adobe Creative Suite and creating content tailored to different platforms
You have a solid understanding of social media trends and know how to turn insights into engaging creative
You’re collaborative, proactive, and comfortable managing projects from idea to production
