What are we looking for?

The business focuses on digital media, and strategy & we are presently offering several internship opportunities to talented individuals in our Delhi office. This is a three-month internship, but successful candidates must be able to assume a full-time role if offered post-internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Finance Ops team to perform reconciliations for existing active clients and ensure accuracy and timely billing of all items.

• Organize and keep track of invoices across partners monthly.

• Solve invoice related queries from accounts payable.

• Perform other Adhoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

• An exceptional eye for detail

• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, most notably Microsoft Excel

• Great communication skills.

• Organized, with a strong attention to detail and capable of handling projects simultaneously.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Knowledge of digital channels (social, programmatic, search, mobile etc.) and reconciliations would be an added advantage.

• Must be able to think on one’s feet and take an idea from concept to completion.
