Executive Assistant
We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Chair / CEO of a leading global talent business.
This is not a traditional EA role. We're looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded and always one step ahead. You'll be a true right-hand partner, helping to manage priorities, build relationships and ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior leaders within media, entertainment, talent, broadcast, agency or similarly relationship-driven industries. You'll be comfortable working with high-profile clients and stakeholders, possess exceptional emotional intelligence, and have the confidence to operate autonomously while maintaining absolute discretion.
Highly organised, resourceful and solutions-focused, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipating needs before they arise and ensuring every interaction is professional, well prepared and impactful.
The Role
As Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level support across diary management, stakeholder engagement, meeting preparation, travel coordination and executive operations.
You'll play a critical role in helping the Chair / CEO operate effectively, ensuring priorities are managed seamlessly and every interaction is professional, well-prepared and impactful.
What You'll Do

Manage a highly complex and ever-changing diary, coordinating 30-40+ meetings per week
Prioritise competing demands and proactively manage scheduling challenges
Coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders, locations and time zones
Act as a trusted gatekeeper, ensuring time is spent on the highest priorities
Stakeholder & Client Management
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, talent and external partners
Act as a key point of contact on behalf of the executive
Represent the business with professionalism, discretion and credibility
Research & Meeting Preparation
Prepare high-quality briefing packs, presentations and meeting materials
Research clients, companies and key stakeholders ahead of meetings
Ensure the executive is always informed, prepared and positioned for success
Travel & Executive Operations
Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements
Manage expenses and executive administration
Support projects and priorities as required
What you’ll bring:
Significant experience supporting C-suite executives, CEOs, Founders or Chairs
Experience within media, entertainment, talent, broadcast or agency environments
Proven ability to manage complex diaries and competing priorities
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
Experience supporting high-profile executives and clients
Advanced PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Office skills
High levels of discretion, judgement and professionalism
What you’re good at:
Proactive and always thinking three steps ahead
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Calm, adaptable and solutions-focused under pressure
Commercially aware with strong emotional intelligence
Confident building relationships with senior stakeholders and clients
Naturally curious, resourceful and motivated
A genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude
This role would suit a standout EA who enjoys being at the heart of a fast-moving business and operating as a genuine business partner rather than simply providing administrative support.
