What are we looking for?
M+C Saatchi Performance are looking for a team member with extensive experience across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn) who is willing to grow their expertise across additional channels and client verticals, with a keen eye for detail. The ability to meet direct-response goals will be fundamental to the Senior Manager’s success. The Search & Social team interfaces with various groups within the agency and with clients directly. By staying ahead of the curve with platforms’ ever-changing offerings and best practices, having an in-depth knowledge of clients’ business challenges, and adopting a rigorous test-and-learn mentality, the Search & Social team is responsible for delivering best-in-class campaigns and results for our clients.
What You'll Do:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of managing paid social campaigns, from awareness to performance, concepting and delivering powerful campaign strategies in line with our clients’ goals, and presenting key findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, in-platform setup, and optimization of Paid Social campaigns that lead to clients’ business objectives
- Ensure best practices are in place and met for the accounts
- Consistently optimize strategies to meet the specific goals and KPIs of multiple clients, across potentially both web and app experiences
- Present reporting and performance insights that lead to new strategic tests
- Align with Account teams to fully understand client needs to inform campaign strategy
- Work with internal or client teams to provide input on ad creative keeping in mind Paid Social best practices across the various platforms
- Grow client relationships as a daily point of contact and present to key stakeholders
- Provide direction to junior staff, managing their workload and providing support where needed
- Managing and developing direct reports
- Conduct audits on new clients and develop paid social proposals and plans based on findings
- Campaign monitoring and optimization is done on a regular cadence and ensure that campaigns are working towards defined KPIs set by client
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Paid Social management, with a media agency background and additional Paid Search experience preferred
- At least 2 years managing direct response-oriented digital campaigns and meeting client objectives; Meta Certifications or other platform certifications are a bonus
- Experience doing audience research and forecast a plus
- Experience with Paid social campaigns driving App Installs preferred
- Knowledge of iOS privacy restrictions, SKAN attribution framework and impacts on campaigns/attribution/reporting
- Strong Excel skills, including frequent use of formulas, pivot tables, and lookup tables
- Ability to understand data and pull an analysis and next steps from this
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and interact with multiple internal teams: account, strategy, creative, and reporting
- Adaptable team player to work on one-off projects, forecasts or various ad-hoc asks
- Self- starter, committed to achieving results in a fast-paced environment
