Social Media Manager - (m/f/d) MILAN
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a social-native thinker with a deep understanding of how brands can live, move, and grow within social ecosystems. Someone who doesn’t just “do social,” but designs meaningful brand experiences that engage communities and drive real business and communication impact.
You have an instinct for what works on each platform, a strategic mindset to connect the dots, and a genuine passion for creativity. You understand culture, not just content, and you know how to turn both into powerful ideas.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Actively monitor the social landscape (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, emerging platforms) to spot opportunities brands can tap into quickly and credibly;
Create and manage agile editorial plans, with the flexibility to react to trends and real-time moments;
Work closely with creative teams to develop content that feels native, timely, and culturally in tune with each platform;
Adapt formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches to maximize engagement and relevance across channels;
Bring a test-and-learn mindset to content execution, continuously experimenting with new formats, tones, and trends;
Translate real-time trends, platform behaviors, and cultural signals into relevant, social-first content ideas;
Support the identification and activation of creators and influencers who are culturally relevant and aligned with brand positioning;
Contribute to the development of reactive and real-time content, from ideation to publishing;
Monitor performance and social conversations to understand what resonates, feeding insights back into content and editorial planning;
ABOUT YOU
3–7 years of experience in a digital or creative agency environment;
Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube), including their unique languages, formats, and best practices;
Proven ability to craft multi-channel social strategies that strengthen brand storytelling and deliver measurable impact;
A sharp eye for emerging trends, from fast-moving social moments to broader cultural shifts;
Experience in developing editorial plans and overseeing their execution in collaboration with creative teams;
Hands-on experience in identifying, selecting, and managing influencers and creators, ideally on an international scale;
Ability to define clear objectives and KPIs, and track performance across both short- and long-term horizons;
Excellent command of English (B2 level or equivalent);
Applications close on April 19, 2026.
