Senior Producer - Automation
We are seeking a Senior Producer specializing in Automated Production to bridge the gap between high-end design, generative workflows, and scaled distribution. In this role, candidates will not just manage traditional timelines; they will architect the infrastructure that allows premium art direction and design to scale across global platforms.
Candidates will oversee the pipeline where raw visual assets are entered, automated via Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) tools, and delivered with technical precision. Candidates must possess a high-level of understanding of design and art direction, combined with the technical rigor required to pilot automated engines, versioning tools, and modern post-production video workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pipeline Architecture: Design and manage the end-to-end production workflow for high-volume, design-driven campaigns, integrating automated versioning (DCO) right at the point of distribution.
Creative Stewardship: Serve as the strategic partner to our Creative Directors and Design Teams, ensuring that automated scaling never compromises the integrity, typography, or craft of the original brand guidelines.
Post-Production Oversight: Lead the post-production phase by unifying design assets and any motion content. Manage editorial timelines, oversee final online finishing, and troubleshoot layout formatting and motion graphics pacing to ensure high-craft execution.
Vendor & Tool Vetting: Curate and manage our roster of advanced AI, tech, and post-production partners, ensuring all workflows maintain strict Data Sovereignty and Clean Title compliance.
Resource Optimization: Maintain a senior-led, lean production footprint that eliminates legacy agency redundancies, maximizing client budget impact over operational overhead.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
10+ Years of Production Experience: A proven track record within innovative digital agencies, tech platforms, or high-volume post-production studios.
Automated Production & DCO Expertise: Deep operational knowledge of programmatic creative platforms, asset automation pipelines, and versioning frameworks.
Design & Art Foundations: A strong visual eye with extensive experience producing complex, design-heavy digital art, motion graphics, and typography layouts.
Video Post-Production Literacy: A firm grasp of non-linear editing, asset specs, color grading, and VFX compositing workflows (Premiere, After Effects, and high-end online finishing finishing pipelines).
Agile Mindset: A solution-oriented operator who thrives on building custom frameworks rather than relying on rigid, legacy production templates.
